Cut-out skirts provide extra good contact. The open "Close Contact" seat is perfectly balanced and gives the rider support while also giving good freedom of movement.

"After thoroughly testing Equiflex on several horses, it can be said that you get a significantly better contact with the horse than you get when you use a traditional fixed saddle boom. When riding on circles and sharp turns, the horse is more free in the shoulder movement as the saddle's bearing surface adapts to the horse's back. All Equiflex saddles are made for hacking and working. As with all Equiflex saddles, the quality of the leather and craftsmanship is absolutely top class. Well-padded seats are standard, and leather or Nubuck seat leather of the best quality is too.

All our Equiflex saddles are delivered with different trees, according to the horse's measurements, as well as the seat size and length of the fenders according to the rider's measurements. 

The saddle is built on the unique Equiflex tree that adapts (to some extent) to the horse and follows its movement pattern.
