Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions (please note this applies for website products only and non-custom items)
Return Period

You may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. Exceptional circumstances may be considered but please reach out.
Condition of Item

Items must be returned in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging (if it came with one) (including all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials).

Items that are damaged, used, altered, or not in resalable condition may not be accepted for return.
Return Process

Return Authorization: You will receive return instructions and an address.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within [typically 5–10 business days].
Exclusions

Custom or Personalized Items: Custom or personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item that has been modified, engraved, embroidered, or made-to-order based on your specific requirements. Exceptions may only be made if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Custom Saddle Returns:
All sales of custom saddles are non-refundable, as these are highly customised to each individual equine and rider. If there is a rare concern about fit, then we will work with you and your equine to get it perfect. Please see here for more information about saddle fitting terms.
