Domestic Shipping:

We ship all our items within the UK using Royal Mail and Parcelforce. While our postage costs may be higher, this is because all items are fully insured—meaning that if your parcel is lost, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.

Should you prefer a more economical shipping option, we’re happy to arrange that upon request. However, please note that in such cases, compensation for lost parcels would be limited to the standard coverage provided by the selected postal service.

International Shipping: 

International shipping can be expensive, but rest assured that all shipments are fully insured. 

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties, taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be applied by your country’s customs office and must be paid to receive your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance procedures.
