UK and Domestic Shipping:

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to post all our items out to the UK - our postage is expensive but we fully insure all our items so if they are to go missing you can receive a replacement item or your money back. If your postage is cheaper we will refund the difference. If you would prefer to spend less on postage this can be arranged however please understand the if your item were to go missing we would only be able to compensate you for the minimum of what the postal services offer. 

International Shipping: 

Please be aware that International shipping is very expensive but it is fully tracked and if the postage is cheaper (as it does fluctuate) we will refund the difference.) 

Website Returns: 

We are happy to except returns if the item is in immaculate condition (like new) on large, custom or ordered in items, if it is not something we stock we are happy to refund 75% of the price, in most circumstances however we are happy to negotiate. Please be aware that the postage is covered by customer and is not reimbursed. If an item arrives broken however please take photos and contact us immediately. 

Custom Saddle Returns:

All sales of custom saddles are non-refundable, as these are highly customised to each individual equine and rider. If there is a rare concern about fit, then we will work with you and your equine to get it perfect. Please see here for more information about saddle fitting terms.
