Freemax Saddles
The Freemax saddles are new to the market. They are the first western treeless saddle, under £2000, that looks like a treed saddle. You would never know they have no tree and they ride like a treed saddle too. Unfortunately, if your horse is sway backed this saddle will probably not fit.
The flexibility and the lightness of the saddle minimizes interference with the natural gaits and allows full freedom of movement. The Freemax has a firm feel and provides effective cushioning and excellent weight distribution. Riding a Freemax saddle provides the rider full contact with the horses motion, giving more 'feel' than is achieved with a traditional rigid tree saddle.
